THE ARMORY SHOW

THE ARMORY SHOW

The Armory Show | NYC 2015

The armory show is a mixed bag of the latest trends in contemporary art. Every March in New York City — international dealers, curators, collectors, critics, artists and art lovers converge in a colorful blur at the Piers. Which still seems to confuse the general public at large, who assume by the name that the show is still held at one of the armories. This year, 199 galleries from 28 countries gathered during what turned out to be a snowy week, making the confines of the Pier space an eye-popping hive to escape the weather and take in the show that often gets deeply criticized but thrives none-the-less.
